Internet Explorer Pages Opening Blank or Not Properly
- Conflict with files in Browser Cache.
- Web page not compatible with the version of Internet Explorer installed.
- Windows Hardware acceleration may be interfering with page rendering.
- Open Internet Explorer Tool Menu and under it select Internet Options.
- Under Browsing history, click Delete.
- Select Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
- Do not select Form data, or Favorite Website Data, or Passwords.
- Click Delete.
- Some websites may have been designed for earlier versions of Internet Explorer. Switch to Compatibility View and then see whether the video plays.
- Tap or click the Tools button Tools and then tap or click Compatibility View settings.
- Under Add this website, enter the URL of the site you want to add to the list and then tap or click Add.
- Try opening the website, if the problem is not fixed go to Step 3.
- Hardware acceleration uses your PC's graphics processor to speed up video and image rendering such as video streaming or online gaming.
- Tap or click the Tools button Tools and then tap or click Internet options. On the Advanced tab, select Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.
- Click OK and then restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect. If the problem is not fixed, then you need help from a certified technician.
