Instructions to Fix Unlicensed Product Error :
Step 1 : Install the Latest Version of Office
  1. This problem is possibly due to a bug in Microsoft Office that has been resolved in the latest release of Office.
  2. To install the latest release of Office, go to the http://www.office.com/setup.
  3. You need to enter the product key of the Office you have purchased. On your account page, click Install. And then click Run.

Step 2 : Verify that License key is Valid
  1. Go to your account page (at https://login.live.com/login.srf), and then check whether your computer name is listed in the "Install Information" section.
  2. If the computer name isn’t listed, the problem is that your Office installation is not associated with the computer you are using you need to Activate Office on this computer.
  3. You can do this by phone. In any Office application, click File, Account, Activate Product. In the Activation Wizard, click “I want to activate the software by telephone”. Select Country and Region.
  4. Call the Product Activation Center phone number shown.
