Problem Description:
Outlook.com is Microsoft's latest free webmail that replaces Hotmail. You can access Outlook.com from a Browser such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Alternatively you can connect to Outlook.com from your Outlook Email Clients Microsoft Outlook 2010, Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 that come with Microsoft Office.

Instructions for Connecting Outlook Client to Outlook.Com :
Step 1 : Configure Outlook.com email account in Outlook 2013
  1. Click the File > Add Account.
  2. The Add Account box opens with the Auto Account Setup page showing. Type your name, email address, and password, and then retype your password. Click Next.
  3. When Outlook is done setting up your account, click Finish.
Step 2 : Configure Outlook.com email account in Outlook 2010
  1. Install the Outlook Hotmail Connector, following Microsoft websites: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24677.
  2. In Outlook, click Info on the File menu, and then click Add Account.
  3. Click manually configure server settings or additional server types, and then click Next. Click Other, click Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector, and then click Next.
  4. Enter your name, email address, and password, and then click OK. When the confirmation dialog appears, click Finish.
Step 3 : Configure Outlook.com email account in Outlook 2010
  1. Install the Outlook Hotmail Connector, from the following Microsoft website: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24677.
  2. In Outlook, click the Outlook Connector menu, and then click Add a New Account. Enter your name, email address, and password, and then click OK.
